If you have questions or concerns about a previous diagnosis your child has received, this session focuses on reviewing the diagnostic paperwork, answering questions, and providing additional education or recommendations for how to best move forward.

Research has begun to connect ADHD with certain emotional and physical conditions. Many of these connections are often under-recognized in primary care. A Little Note works to manage these conditions alongside management of your child’s ADHD.

Individualized plans that incorporate various modalities aimed at relieving distress, promoting behavioral and lifestyle changes, guiding personal awareness, improving social functioning, and facilitating overall personal growth. There are many recognized types of therapeutic approaches that may be incorporated (i.e., behavioral, motivational interviewing, educational) regarding various parts of their diagnosis while highlighting their strengths.

This 3-month signature program explores how ADHD presents differently in girls, why so many go undiagnosed, and how things like hormones, masking, emotions, and relationships can shape their experience.
The program focuses on implementing the latest evidence-based research with the goal of protecting her self-esteem and improving long term outcomes.
You and your daughter will leave with a deeper understanding of her ADHD, and individualized and developmentally appropriate strategies aimed at helping her thrive while preserving your relationship.Includes 1:1 monthly visits, group sessions, education modules, community support, weekly check-ins, and signature toolkits and resources.

A 1-month intensive that helps families start the school year with confidence!
From routines and organization to executive functioning and accommodations, communicating with teachers and managing transitions…this program helps families build realistic developmentally appropriate systems that create the environment your child needs to thrive!
Includes 1:1 initial evaluation session, a follow up session, an individualized plan based on your child’s needs and preferences, weekly educational modules, group support, and personalized toolkits and resources.$750

Our Process
Online Requests
Appointment requests are available directly from the “Book Appointment” tab. You’ll also be asked to complete a screening form to ensure you get the correct services.
Client Portal
After submitting your request, you’ll be invited to join the client portal for secure HIPPA-compliant communication.
Consents & Forms
Once your request is accepted, you’ll be asked to complete additional paperwork. It’s important to have these forms completed 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
